SW MN Fulda | I have an RA142 and there was a time that I rain out of ground hay so used some long stem.... ended up getting a wad in there and it got wedged in auger flighting and bent some of the flighting and started slipping the clutch. So needless to say, not much. I didn't have very sharp sickle teeth on the top flighting though either so that may have helped.
I wouldn't do it though if it's going to be a normal practice of longstem hay | |
