If a 50 pound bag is too much, how's she going to catch a sheep with a leg crook, wrestle it the ground and drench it? Or is that where you come in?

Could you use wire panels to make a small lot to feed the heifers in? Or better yet, lock the sheep in while you feed the heifers (;


I've sometimes helped with catching sheep. I think the bottom line at this point is she just doesn't want to do it. I've offered to help with labor and materials for a solid, permanent corral/ loadout, which could in principle also work for keeping either sheep or heifers contained, but she's not sure she wants a permanent facility.
