I was hoping you would respond Russ, as I figured you would be able to cut through the BS and give an accurate description of what happened.
What I quoted from your post is what I had figured, but wasn’t at all how the issue was framed! This is what drives me insane about anybody with an agenda, never the full story.
Water rights are a non issue here, but senior vs junior rights makes perfect sense to me. Gotta pay to play and you can’t out-draw your allotted rights without buying up.
