If a farmer gets audited and is off by more than 5% on any year consequences can be severe. Its not just being able to prove your yields its proving them in a way that meets rma rules. I get ours checked each year by the agent so i know that the documentation meets rma rules. Not meeting The 5% threshold induces severe penalties. | |
