I just had an appraiser tell me two weeks ago the exodus has begun. Farmers are selling out in Utah & Idaho and buying up land in Missouri.
Of all places to chose when starting over, why oh why would you chose Missouri?!?
Thanks for the insights Russ…western states water rights intrigue me. It sounds like limits are necessary…hate giving government more power…but if people can’t behave and self regulate, what’s the other option? |
