What’s everyone’s opinion on going rate for raising and selling hogs for slaughter, I got hogs spoken for and don’t know if I need to charge per pound hanging weight or live weight. They will be paying their processing not me. I also tried to go off usda prices but have no clue what I’m looking at. Thanks located in Illinois
