Indiana | Flew from Indy to Monticello yesterday and saw a lot of brown ground and a lot of washed out areas. Looked like a lot of late planted fields. Very few dark green parcels.
The later planted corn near me was feeling the heat at 12:30 today. I wonder what it’s going to look like by end of week. The yard is very crunchy and was dark green not too long ago. Early corn looks great but some was curling at noon.
Not sure if same conditions are in states west of here.
