NE Iowa | $10-$15/A is pretty common down this way. Depending on how the relationship goes I would consider offering to grub out the fencerows and install a single strand high tensile fence. That way as soon as the corn is out you turn on the fence and the cows go out. Fall is busy and finding time to get a temporary fence up can be difficult- also the wildlife will not be accustomed to the new temporary fence which will lead to some headaches. | |
