if i understand correctly, your trying to use a cable that exports gps (nmea) to go to a cable that inputs radar pulses? if so its not going to happen. most ag related gps devices i am aware of have the capability to export radar pulses but not via that route. the baud rate and or any other nmea settings will have no bearing on what the radar input is looking for.
its possible i am not understanding you correctly.
