SE SD | Two of my south of interstate 90 counties had received 3-4.3 inches a couple days ago and can’t handle anymore . I don’t have a single county north or south of I90 that I could even think about driving an empty sprayer on . These pictures are from Hutchinson, Charles Mix, and Douglas counties .
