East Central South Dakota
Watching radar with you, guys. You are getting hammered. Red blobs west of you seem to be slowing down. There will be a lot of infrastructure damage in southern South Dakota. We are just on the edge of the disaster here. Looks like Marion and Chancellor will be a good basis bid again. Southeast South Dakota having a hard time going to surplus corn stocks. Dry then this. We are -37 corn at Redfield and Chancellor is 0 on corn. Today the flooding will bring regional basis moves into play and tomorrow maybe futures. Takes the future markets a longer time to react to wet over being dry. USDA/Crop insurance screwed up 2019 PP acres so bad it took three years of strong basis and inversions to clean it the mess. Good luck down there tonight.
