It's coming down in sheets right now on top of what we already got, with more coming! We've been the arm pit of SoDak going on 5 yrs now. Can't catch a break. Even the tiled fields are now flooding. Can't keep it away fast enough and road ditches, lakes, and streams are full. Some communities are having to sandbag on certain streets.
