Funny thing about that picture on the left............is that standing water caused it to look like that. It is not dry. I know dry. They obviously don't.
But if there’s supposed to be standing water and now there isn’t, then it’s too dry.
If we get a fast 1” rain, it’s too wet. Someone from a wet area will say we don’t know what wet is, but that 1” rain here will flood buildings downtown, so it is indeed too wet. |
