Subject: Electric grain roasters

West Central Wisconsin
I am in the planning stages of putting in an electric soybean roaster. I have looked at the deits wetzel units and red jacket. The wetzel unit was one of the originals made and the owner was extremely satisfied. The red jacket unit was only 8 months old and the owners were having issues with auger wear. Earlier in the day they were under roasting beans and in the afternoon (while I was there) they were burning beans. Is this just an anomaly or are the red jacket roasters this problematic?

I'm looking to set up a system that can run 24/7/365 and can add an additional unit if needed n the future. I also would prefer to not have to baby sit it 24/7/365
