I know nothing about either, but first impressions would tell me no on Red Jacket. Especially, if you're planning on 24/7/365, this is coming from someone who use to milk cows. Where is not fun to 'fix' things on holidays/Sundays/Birthdays/etc., while the cows were mooing.
