Subject: RE: Changing Dairy Industry

Central Minnesota
Riverview is building a 25,000 cow dairy in the Red River Valley of North Dakota with onsite housing for “employees.”

That’s a lot of manure in an area that floods on a regular basis.

It’s a bit unsettling that they have to house their employees onsite. Doesn’t that make the employee open to coercion to work if they’re an immigrant and may not speak English?

What about the bio security concerns of having 25,000 animals under one roof?
