In Wisconsin you can not sell your milk to 2 different buyers. If you want to say make cheese with your milk you can't take 25% of it and make cheese then have a coop take what's left. To do it legally you sell all your milk to the coop then buy what you need back to make cheese. Probably the same rules there.
