We have a hydraulic 107. The only animals we’ve had trouble with were mature bulls at semen testing. The nature of the way it holds makes it’s difficult with the bulls neck shape. We just used the parallel squeeze and a bar. Never have had cows or yearlings get loose.
Fat cattle getting there last implant will sometimes pull out. And of course all our bulls.
