| We have a metal Butler shop building with nine inches of vinyl backed insulation in the arch ceiling. House flies would crawl out of the insulation seams/joints every time you started the furnace in the winter. Drove me absolutely crazy! Thousand and thousands. One summer/fall day I went around the north side and noticed flies crawling up the vertical metal side and entering between the vertical sheet and roof sheet. Probably only a 1/16" crack. I caulked the crack around the entire shop with Silicone and have not had any problem since. | |
