Our problem is infrastructure and lack of local neighbors that milk cows, how long until its no longer feasible to get somebody to send a milk tanker to the neighborhood. When my wife and I took over 40 years ago there were probably 6 or 7 processors that you could go to tomorrow, now maybe one or two. A lot of money to invest to be at somebody elses mercy . Ron
