Subject: Ag Leader Implement Width vs Guidance Width

I feel like I’m blowing up AL support and AgTalk both but just trying to fully understand this stuff

Installed an InCommand 1200 on our sprayer. When setting up the machine, I set it at 102.6617 ft (actual implement width). I run guidance at 100 ft just to get that little overlap.

I understand SmartPath will create its lines based on guidance width ie. 100 ft, but which measurement does it use for the boundary path? Ie. my boundary runs very close to a few physical barriers, so will it create that pass based on the machine width or based on the guidance width?

If it uses guidance width then my boom will extend outside the boundary and potentially contact pivots and or fence posts so would like to make sure I understand.

Thanks,
