| This is a good video interview with lead attorney for ground water pumpers. ICC on here knows him well, I just got acquainted with him this week as my canal company retained him for our issues in our valley water system. Our water runs across state lines as well.
We are trying to keep it from a blood bath fight in a year or so. As some are pushing for a water call for senior rights being harmed. I've got senior storage rights vs. senior flow rights. Plus deep wells which are close to being middle senior pump rights. I'm hoping we don't have to make water call, but I don't see anyway out of it. But when that call is made, it very well could affect our wells too.
What's sad is we have a few that would like to burn the city down to rule over the ashes. Hope it doesn't come to that.
