Mid MO | So, my son is 5 and t-ball is starting soon. He needs a glove, all other equipment is provided. I asked my brother is he had any hand me down equipment we could use. Well, he donated most of it, but he did rustle up my old glove.
I was terrible at ball, so it's not really worn and doesn't seem dried out or particularly stiff. Would it be acceptable for him to use? Should I try conditioning it first? Am I just being cheap and just go ahead buy him a glove? I'm assuming they make little tiny gloves for 5 yo we didn't have, right?
Fwiw there are four 'games'. They practice for 1/2 hour and then scrimmage foe 1/2 hour each time.
