According to the USGS, the Rock River at Rock Valley peaked at 153,000 cubic feet/second.
That's a crap load of water in the Rock River.
For reference the maximum flow ever recorded on the Missouri River at Sioux City is 441,000 cfs
Little Sioux River flooding.
