Its not really a typo. The name of the river is "Little Sioux River" as opposed to the "Big Sioux River". And there's a bunch of smaller rivers in between those two.
They're all flooding and its all a mess. Bridges and roads washed out everywhere. Towns and houses flooded everywhere.
