I have a New Holland branded fork with the "crank" style tines. I haven't run a bucket grapple, but I believe that style may be better on concrete, my fork is necessary IMO since I'm using it on a dirt floor shed part of the time.
Side note. Neighbors have used my fork grapple to clean up branches after storms etc. and it's handy for that.
