There's an oldcsaying in ND
When it's too wet in the Valley it's just right in western half.
When it's perfect in the Valley the western half is in a drought.
And that is so true this year.
And largely why the wheat market has crashed. The main wheat areas of ND, Montana, and Canada are primed for a big crop.
