We have a 2022 Can Am Defender - love it - would have a hard time farming without it once you have one.
We do with ours exactly what you describe.
I wouldn't want a 4 door due to longer wheelbase and getting hung up in places.
Also takes much larger area to turn.
We are on our 4th Can Am - never any trouble - very dependable from our perspective.
