Frost,Mn | In my high school years a group of us guys would drive up to Rapidan to fish below the dam for walleye and catfish. I know from the rocks below it was a long way up to the top. I even got a tour through the dam 30 years ago when a friend of a friend worked inside it monitoring the turbines. I’ve also heard another concern if the dam breaks is the amount of silt going downstream and how it would affect the ecosystem of the river. | |
