I also have a Hesston. Might be a 1312 model with the steel rolls. Awesome machine. I cut everything, grass, alfalfa, rye and whatever else I need to cut. Just last night made a swath through the pasture to get to some alfalfa. Ran the swath through again on the way out of the field to pick up the drive down. It was bone dry at 1:00 so I would say double crimp is awesome.
