Southeast WI | Just hit the road and cruise through Chicago. Not sure why everyone is so afraid of driving through that city. Either you go about 65, like half the folks drive and let people go around you or just hammer down and lead most of the pack. Either one works and can't say which is less stressful. I usually fly on through.
Edit to add. Usually the worst part of the trip is all the truck/container traffic around the bottom into Michigan.
