Traffic doesn't always move through Chicago at 65 mph. Most times it's moving 0 mph and you wait in gridlock in five lanes of traffic taking hours to get through there. Might want to go through at about 3 or 4 am if you want to actually move. Otherwise you'll be in a virtual parking lot with thousands of semis as far as the eye can see.
