| It's a century old dam that's been in disrepair for a long time and a major dilemma about what to do with it . There has been ongoing debate whether to remove the dam or to try to repair the structural problems.....both options come at a significant cost. The parties involved previously could not make a decision, so no progress had been made repairing or removing.
It appears that the options for repair will be limited at this point. | |
