Wasn’t there a document signed between the U.S. and China specifically stating how much commodities they would purchase? Obviously there must not have been any enforcement clauses.
I seem to remember they were suppose to purchase $40 billion worth of our Ag products every year to help equal the trade imbalance . With that number they could've purchased our entire soybean crop from one year. |
