Bingo. If you want to stop things dead in their tracks down south, this is the angle. But and or however, who is going to lobby or push the agenda? Or ask, why hasn’t it been pushed ? Even if it had zero credibility, it should be an easy sell to many politicians who are concerned about the environment.
