SW Iowa | Is Mid American Energy a public utility or private corp? Don't tell Warren Buffett he owns a public non profit utility.
They go around slapping easements everywhere for these gov subsidized wind generators. Some uneducated would call them a boon doggle too. They do put enough juice in their easements the land owners cave in and voluntary sign,,,but I am not so sure Mid Am could take what they want thru the courts also.
How do you think the interstate highway system was built?
Eminent Domain has been used by the big corps the past 100 years to get the land they need to build their million dollar projects on.
