95 gallon is probably a plastic rolling cart. This one is probably kids, they dumped it in a local creek, after having their fun with it. or the trash man himself dropped it in the truck and crushed it, seen it happen.
I wondered about this, even after a call to the company's headquarters, perhaps one hand does not know what the other hand does.
