| A sad day, indeed. It should come as no big surprise, however. With the state Senate unwilling to take any substantive action, the outcome was telling. I was hopeful the IUB would vote in the property owner's favor, but not optimistic. I do believe most property owners realize who is responsible and how this all came about. Kaufmann is a straight shooter, in my opinion, but I'm not sure he has enough friends in the right spots to return common sense and integrity to those with the power and money. | |
