sullivan il. | my one farm has rural water and I have about 600 holsteins there so use a fare amount of water each month. Problem is they turned their billing over to a 3rd party bill dated on the 15 th of the month told me it was mailed on the 17 th today is the 25th still no bill but it is due on the 28th with a 10% penalty if not paid by the 28th. I called yesterday told them no bill yet gave me my balnce so mailed check yesterday. They trying to blame post office but I really think they should mail them sooner 11 days from time they mail it to when its due seems pretty tight I would pay the bill with ach but they charge a fee to do that. This is the 3rd month in row its happened. They are a cooperative I am considering going to a board meeting to voice my concerns as it kind of falls on death ears to the nice lady on the phone. | |
