Fruita CO | Who knows why people do what they do? Some POS hit my container a couple weeks ago, 95 gal. cart type, knocked it into the mailbox post, which is made from a dozer track chain...didn't hurt the post, tore the lid off the container. Between the phone & the website it took me over an hour to get an order in for a new one...supposed to be replaced by trash day, it wasn't so I put trash in it & set it out. Had to go into town, when I got back the old one was gone & a new one setting there. I was cussing Waste Management, don't even have a local number, you have to call national headquarters, & the website sucks...but somehow they came through, got it replaced. | |
