Southern Indiana | I work for a local town and we are constantly having billing problems because of the USPS. Several times we have waived late fees because of it. I would recommend going to a board meeting. I know it seems simple but two things to remember. Be polite and be level headed. I’ve seen several people come to board meetings with legitimate complaints being rude and loosing their cool and the board just totally ignoring them because of their behavior | |
