Group of landowners need to file suit on the eminent domain issue, find a liberal court who the sierra club has in their back pocket- judge issues stay on IUB ruling, then ride it up to Supreme Court where the conservative justices will side for property rights. If this is the only issue where liberals and conservatives can agree, but we can’t get it stopped then the system has failed.
