How is this different from an oil and gas pipeline? Or is it. ?
It’s way different from an oil or gas line on many levels. There is no settled science that putting CO2 in to underground will have any benefit to the climate concerns of the day. The safety of a CO2 pipeline that runs 1100 plus psi is of major concern. Our state PUC has denied permits for the whole project based on safety.
