Southern Indiana | I had a similar deal several years ago. I think your best option is the Bush hog with good sharp blades (which you may have to sharpen again before you are done) . No way would I get a stalk chopper or discbine in there with logs laying about. Also I wouldn't worry about baling to get off the field. Best for the field to chop it up and leave it lay. You dont say, but I'm assuming it is grass hay so it should come through fine.
