What about high stock density grazing? Instead of spending money put my cows your cows and everybody's cows in for a week thick as flies on spilt milk in a dairy barn, charge a little rent spread a little alfalfa clover seed and mission accomplished. Soil will be happy and hay is off timely for a second heavy crop later this year.
