SW OH | I have. A friend had just bought a KZ1000. I took it for a ride on a back road with no traffic about midnight. At a little over 100 mph the front wheel started turning left and right enough to leave marks on the road. The handle bars weren't moving. I rode it back at 20 mph. When I told him what happened his reply was "oh yeah, I forgot to warn you about that. Once you get up over 110 it quits and rides straight".
My first bike was a 1972 water buffalo. I bought from my brother in law who bought it new. He told me to be careful it could bury the speedometer that went to 160. I had it over 140 a few times.
