Unfortunately it is a "Stupid Tax" on people who fantasize about being wealthy or have no self control. The people who can least afford it are the ones who usually gamble the most. It is a sad deal to see all of the gambling everywhere you go. Someone explain to me why people are sitting at gambling machines in a gas station at 10:00 am on a Tuesday morning. Get a life!!
