| I agree that those food sales folks know the real story of every place they sell and deliver to. Which ones are clean or dirty, and which ones wont be open much longer too.
I was in a cafe once and the owner was telling us about another cafe in town that had gotten written up for a violation. He told us he couldn't understand it because that cafe was so much cleaner than his was! LOL
When just about everything gets cooked in seed oils, that oil residue gets all over everything and it's nearly impossible to clean up. Remodeling the kitchen and replacing the walls is usually needed. | |
