Lack of cleanliness usually isn't what gets places in trouble, they shouldn't be picking food up off the floor and serving it anyway! Food borne illness usually comes from not washing hands, hepA, norovirus, etc. Food poisoning comes from keeping food in the danger zone too long, between 40 and 140F stuff grows/"works", and not in a good way. |
