don't waste the wrap doing 3.5. That advice came straight from the big guy Ron Amos with Tama and Deere. Either do 3 or 4 the .5 is a waste. I found that interesting when he said that but it makes sense. What is the benefit of having the bale covered 4 times on 1/2 of its circumference and 3 time's on the other 1/2???
The .5 turn or .75 turn is pointless. The problem with a X.0 turns is that leaves you a break-at-the-dotted-line situation. Same reason you run your tape over either side of a seam. I wrap everything X.25 turns. X.125 would be enough but the controllers don’t allow for it. |
